The personal data provided are necessary for the discharge of legal obligations, including suitable disclosure to S.A.R.I. DI LIVERANI ANDREA E C. S.A.S., recording and notification to the police force regarding the personal information of the customers – collected through the proof of identity provided, in compliance with the overriding mandatory rules in force (article 109, Consolidate law on overriding mandatory rules). The personal data provided are also necessary for the transmission of offers and advertising materials in any form (email, SMS, phone calls, leaflets, apps).
