Pursuant to article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereafter referred to as “GDPR 2016/679”) and to Italian Legislative Decree 196 of 30 June 2003 as amended, laying down provisions on the protection of individuals and other parties with regard to the processing of personal data, we would like to inform you that your personal data will be processed in accordance with the above-mentioned regulations.
The Controller is S.A.R.I. DI LIVERANI ANDREA E C. S.A.S., represented by its legal representative Liverani Andrea, domiciled for the purpose in Riolo Terme 48025 (Ra), 7, Via Firenze.
2. Purposes of the processing
The personal data provided are necessary for the discharge of legal obligations, including suitable disclosure to S.A.R.I. DI LIVERANI ANDREA E C. S.A.S., recording and notification to the police force regarding the personal information of the customers – collected through the proof of identity provided, in compliance with the overriding mandatory rules in force (article 109, Consolidate law on overriding mandatory rules). The personal data provided are also necessary for the transmission of offers and advertising materials in any form (email, SMS, phone calls, leaflets, apps).
3. Data processing and retention
Processing is performed through automated means and/or manually, in compliance with the provisions referred to in article 32 of GDPR 2016/679 on security measures, by mandated entities and pursuant to the provisions of article 29 GDPR 2016/679.
We would like to inform you that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimisation, pursuant to article 5 GDPR 2016/679, subject to your free and explicit prior consent expressed at the end of this policy, your personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected and processed it for.

Furthermore, we would like to inform you that the data collected will never be disseminated or disclosed without your explicit consent, except for necessary disclosure that may involve the transfer of data to public authorities, consultants or other entities for the discharge of legal obligations.

6. Special categories of personal data
Pursuant to articles 9 and 10 of EU Regulation 2016/679, S.A.R.I. DI LIVERANI ANDREA E C. S.A.S. could collect data which can be qualified as “special categories of personal data”, i.e. data revealing “racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, and genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person’s sex life or sexual orientation”. Such categories of data may be processed by S.A.R.I. DI LIVERANI ANDREA E C. S.A.S. only subject to your free and explicit written consent expressed at the end of this policy.

S.A.R.I. DI LIVERANI ANDREA E C. S.A.S. does not adopt any automated decision-making, including profiling, referred to in article 22, paragraphs 1 and 4, of EU Regulation 679/2016.

ask for the confirmation as to whether or not your personal data exist;

obtain data rectification or erasure;
obtain the restriction of processing;
obtain data portability, i.e. receive them from a controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and transmit them to another controller without hindrance;
object at any time to the processing, even in case of processing for direct marketing purposes;
object to automated individual decision-making, including profiling;
ask the controller to provide access to the personal data and to rectify or erase them, as well as to restrict or object to the processing; you may also exercise the right to data portability;
withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
