Riolo Terme can be reached by taking the A14 Bologna – Ancona motorway to the Imola tollbooths for those coming from Bologna, and Faenza for those coming from Ancona. Going out at Imola, go along the Via Emilia towards Rimini up to Castel Bolognese, where you turn right onto the S.S. 306.Going out instead to Faenza, go along the Via Emilia in the direction of Bologna up to Castel Bolognese, where you turn left for the S.S. 306.

After about 8 km from the turning, Riolo Terme is reached. Once in Riolo Terme at the second roundabout, in the center of the village, turn left and continue along Via Firenze, until you cross the bridge and you will see the Hotel Cristallo near your left in front of a large parking.
