Our kitchen is directly supervised by the owner and the chef Mrs.Carla.
The kitchen always offers a rich and various menu with the prevalence of typical local dishes, a choice of three dishes per course.
Every day we propose a home-made pasta with a rolling pin and hand-worked according to our traditional local products with zero km . On our tables you will always find tortellini, tagliatelle, tortelloni riolesi , garganelli, spoia lorda, (gross pasta), strichetti, piadina, raviggiolo, shallot PGI, Romagna meats, breed meat and Romagna blackberry meat and many other delicacies of our valley . We also offer daily buffet of fresh vegetables and fresh fruit favoring crops in our area as our supply of food is done by local farmers.
The wine comes from the producers of Riolo Terme because we wish that the food and drinks are genuine in order to taste the flavors of our land. The breakfast buffet served n the hotel's basement starts very early at half past six and is one of our strong points.
The buffet is rich and various including biological, wholemeal and natural products.
Every day we offer warm croissants, donuts , pies , apple pie or other sweet and savory delicacy, fresh bread, fresh milk, biscuits, toast , honey, jam, nutella and little chocolate bars, natural fruit juices and pulps.
We have the corner of cold cuts and cheese, hot toast, boiled or fried eggs , fresh squeezed oranges or lemons, shakes, drinks and orange ace , the corner of yogurt, and even the corner of teas and herbal teas and the corner of the cereals. We think that a good day starts in the morning and therefore for years we have always tried to improve ourselves in offering breakfast. Our nutrition is the most daily act that we make to get closer to a healthy lifestyle and keep us healthy. A moment often overlooked without paying attention to what we eat and without any pleasure. The pleasure comes from the awareness of eating healthy foods which are beneficial for our body .
